Golden Acres Manor

Golden Acres Manor is a 64-bed skilled nursing facility which began operations in 1965. In 1979, a North Dakota family corporation understanding North Dakota needs took control of the operation.

Golden Acres is a city within a city where emphasis is on living. This city within a city incorporates every component residents need for a full and active life. The facility staffs nearly 100 people and has gone through 2 major remodeling phase - in 1997 and again in 2009. The facility is well equipped to provide for our North Dakota elderly for many years to come.

Golden Acres Estates

Golden Acres Estate, a 16-unit apartment complex for the elderly, was constructed adjacent to Golden Acres Manor in 1985. The entire building, which recently became licensed as an Assisted Living facility, underwent a full interior renovation in 2015. The Assisted Living services which are provided include nursing and CNA care, therapy, housekeeping, laundry services transportation assistance and a full array of activities. The facility’s layout includes an enclosed courtyard, as well as an exterior patio area.
